'Three Ones' agreed

UNAIDS, the UK and the US host a meeting in Washington DC where stakeholders agree three core principles of a co-ordinated HIV and AIDS response. They agree to the 'Three Ones': one HIV/AIDS action framework co-ordinating the work of all partners, one national AIDS coordinating authority and one country-level monitoring and evaluation system. This agreement will lead to more sustainable and effective HIV and AIDS interventions.
