Thailand's first AIDS cases

Three cases of AIDS are reported in Thailand, including one affecting a gay white American and another affecting a gay Thai – neither of whom had previous contact with one another. The case report acknowledges that sexual culture and the number of tourists visiting Thailand made the arrival of AIDS inevitable.
