Terrence Higgins

Terry Higgins is one of the first known people to die of an AIDS-related illness in the UK. In November 1982, his partner and friends set up the first UK AIDS organisation. To this day, the Terrence Higgins Trust provides safer sex advice and information for gay men and other communities affected by HIV in the UK.
