China’s President visits HIV clinic

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao visits a Beijing hospital where he meets and shakes hands with people living with HIV. This is the first time that a Chinese leader has done this in public. The visit aims to reduce social discrimination against those living with HIV, which still runs high. For example, in the same year a survey reveals that 77% of respondents don't agree that a colleague living with HIV should be allowed to continue to work.
